銀座中央通りに新商業ビル「銀座トレシャス」?16店舗が一斉オープン　／東京

　銀座中央通りの「越後屋ビル」跡に4月16日、今夏にオープンする2店を含む18店舗が出店する新商業ビル「銀座トレシャス（GINZA TRECIOUS）」（中央区銀座2）がオープンした。越後屋から商業施設を一括賃借した三井不動産が転貸事業を行い、運営管理業務を受託する。（銀座経済新聞）

　今夏にオープンを控える国内最大級の規模を誇る「MIU MIU
GINZA」（地下1階?地上3階）と南麻布のイタリアン「アロマフレスカ銀座」（12階）を除く、銀座初出店?初業態を含む16店舗が同日グランドオープンした。店舗フロアは地下1階?地上12階の13フロアで、「モノやコトに高い意識を持つ」20?30歳代の女性をコアターゲットに据える。

　うち飲食店の出店は7店舗。渋谷で人気のカフェ「SUZU CAFE」（6階）、 81 keys rmt
イタリアン「BARABABAO」、野菜蔵のある野菜ダイニング「銀座野菜蔵 JIMI」（以上、9階）、創作系串料理「雲仙 串あげもの 旬s」（10階）、飛騨牛専門店「飛騨牛一頭家 銀座馬喰一代」、中国料理「御膳房 雲南キノコ火鍋専門店」（以上、11階）が銀座に初出店するほか、江戸前鮨「鮨処 銀座福助 本店」（10階）が出店。

　「美」では、ビューティーサ
ロン「BEAUTRIUM 265」（4階）、テクニカルボーテ「ル?キヤ 銀座店」、婚礼衣装「GINZA MARIE CLASSE」（以上、5階）、美容室「VISAGE GINZA」（6階）、脱毛サロン「MUSEE PLATINAUM」（8階）の6店。

　「美」「食」の出店が目立つ中、注目を集めるのが銀座産院?銀座健康院「ジュノ ウィミンズ?ウェルネス」（7階）。3床の産院施設や産後のスタ
イル維持を目的とした骨盤矯正のスタジオなどを併設し、銀座ならではのラグジュアリー空間での女性医療を受診することができる。
　
　裏通り側1階には1755年創業の老舗店「銀座 越後屋」が店を構える。同店オーナーの永井甚右衛門さんは「銀座はどこに訪れても昔からの伝統とともに新しい発見?変化がある。老舗の生まれ変わりがあるからこそ、銀座が
魅力的な街であり続ける」とコメントする。
